I was working last week in Norway with Selina Lake. It was my first time there and she and I were so well looked after by all the amazing people who’s houses we photographed (I was totally inspired!). We had the most delicious food continually and very kindly put in front of us to keep us going. Weirdly it coincided with an exciting invite from Signe Johansen to the Norwegian ambassador’s residence in Holland Park for the launch of a book I photographed that has its launch this week: ‘Scandilicious The Secrets of Scandinavian Cooking’. We had such fun photographing Signe’s book and sampling all the delicious food, being in Norway brought it all back for me.
Its not like that sort of invite comes my way every week so I am very excited about it. Selina suggested I should ‘go Norwegian’ and wear my second hand jumper found for £1 scourging in the shops in Norway! Here are a few pics from the book including one of my new jumper!

Oh Debi that sounds like a dream trip! And I love the images from your new cookery book. That looks very inspiring and pretty. I hope you are doing well Debi and I wish you more great memories to come as you and Selina travel.
Wow, what a find! That jumper is fantastic…
The food looks delicious. You’re making me want to jump on a flight to Norway now!
